Throughout her career, she has worked alongside municipalities, counties, state agencies, tribal governments, and nonprofit organizations to help them successfully secure and manage grant funding while navigating the complex regulatory requirements that accompany public funding.

As Managing Partner of Gonzales Strategic Services, LLC, Paula provides strategic guidance to organizations seeking to strengthen their funding capacity and build sustainable grant management systems. Her work spans the entire grant lifecycle — from identifying funding opportunities and developing competitive proposals to implementing strong compliance practices and ensuring audit-ready documentation.
